Week 1: Shrimp and Bamboo Shoot
Today I had shrimp cooked with brine, bamboo shoot fried with meat, and rice. Bamboo shoot fried with meat is măng xào thịt in Vietnamese. Shrimp cooked with brine is tôm kho tàu in Vietnamese.
